By accessing the Lumen Summit website or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for the event.

2. The Event

Lumen Summit is a two-day design and emerging technology conference taking place October 14–15, 2026 at Pier 17, New York City. Programming, speakers, schedules, and venue details are subject to change. We will communicate material changes to registered attendees by email.

3. Registration & Tickets

  • Registering your interest does not constitute a ticket purchase or guarantee availability.
  • Ticket sales, once open, will be subject to the pricing and pass tiers published on this site at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets are personal to the registered attendee and may not be resold without our written consent.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a harassment-free event experience for everyone. Attendees are expected to treat fellow participants, speakers, and staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior violates this standard, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and imagery — is the property of Lumen Summit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Talks and materials presented at the event remain the property of their respective speakers.

6. Photography & Recording

The event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to appearing in event photography and video used for archival and promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen Summit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at the event. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
